Isnt hemp below .3% thc. I think some people here mistake industrial hemp with low thc cannabis.
None of these people are extracting hemp per the definition so the whole hemp argument gets thrown out the window and we are all dealing with weed!

We came to an agreement it does exist but the majority arenāt using industrial hemp for feedstock. Itās about as rare as complaint D8ā¦

thereās a not-very-vocal minority here running stuff thatās like 10% TAC +/-, I think theyāre doing ok if they havenāt turned to conversions too

This is a dumb argumentā¦ We all know whoās right and wrong. Taking āhemp derivedā cbd and performing a chemical synthesis to d8 is obviously a synthesis and obviously illegal, ask any real chemist with an actual degree, not the guy who is a f4200/IG superstar. Let him be the guinea pig for all I care, Iām jealous of his lawyers and how much money theyāre making/going to make off of him.
