There has been a lot of talk here about degumming and I would love to try it. I am just curious if there are some ratios I can work with for starters.
For example, if I have 100g of oleoresin, how much water/citric acid should I be using?
Was there a basic SOP posted that I have missed?

So my action item here is to combine Beakers methanol/alumina method with an enzymatic pretreatment to improve lipid yield.
