Once the column reaches vac after your 5 minute soak, how much PSI are you flooding into your column with the nitro push? After I nitro push, I usually “burp” the valve from the material column into the collection pot to give me an idea of how much solvent is remaining. If the burp results in a full stream of solvent, you know you have to keep squeezing that sock. Once the burp shows nothing but solvent mist, then I would run it back to vac. A small caveat, I wasn’t running any columns between the material columns and collection pot (CRC for example).

after you reach vac pressurize your material columns to 100psi and leave them for a while. you will find most of the solvent will condense and fall to the bottom of the column
