Weare well versed in cls bho hydrocarbon extraction.
I have a person needed to run a bbunvh of biomass.
Too low of a yeild for bho and crc. So i was thinking etoh and disty. Any advice for someone that has never etoh extracted?
Bucket tek with iso propanol.
In the 50gal drum it came in.
Then Blow to atmosphere.

Just use iso?
Slabby is there any risk of iso leaving residual contaminants even after evap that may be safe but would show up on an analysis?
That would depend on the grade of iso used.
Going to distillate should get essentially all the solvent out of the picture
Crude will definitely show iso

I have no idea… Ive never extracted via iso. Id assume the crude would have residual but not the distillate

with ISO you’ll want to dewax pretty good before going to distillate unless you want cloudy disty

Remember that the disty is only half of expected crude if all go s well
ISO likes sugars also so don’t let boiling flask cool off before cleaning
