CBG not extracting with heptane?

Are you the big hexane facility in NM?

No, I’m in Eugene OR.

I wouldnt say were that big either, especially when it comes to extraction capacity. Most our focus is in chromatography/remediation, but we extract at times too as we have a bit of demand on t free CBDa.

There is 100k Lbs of CBG biomass that needs extracting. Any of you big shots in here able to take this on? In Arkansas, but available to ship to you now.

Straight toll or split/tolling into any form - Crude/distillate/isolate

Ethanol or Hexane/Methyl Acetate preferred

Thanks

I have the same yields as CBD with Hexane.
Ran a test batch today.

Curious on the CBG extraction - it seems etoh is the way to go according to this thread. Would love to try a batch out.

Exactly when I do a reaction of cbn or cbg i use typically a 1:5 or 1:8 heptane reaction its pure isolate melted & distilled through a SPD no need for seeding but I do still just to speed up the process. It’ll crash out either way from the purity of the distillate.

Do a 1:5 reaction and heat up heptane to 50 celcius with cbg distillate and do moderatre cooldown seed at 15cellcius and rampid cooldown to -30 with an rpm of 160-200 till it hits -10

The rpm is to keep the mother liquor from congealing at low temp?
