So I reached out to friends in China about importing. ITS NOT EASY!
Here are the requirements.
- You need a pharmaceutical business license.
- Import & Export Rights/License
- File for Inspection, Quarantine, and other livestock byproduct import regulations(there are a lot of them!)
- Lots and lots of red tape.
I really wanted this side-hustle because its just weird enough to be right up my alley. Unfortunately there are too many barriers of entry. In particular, the pharmaceutical license is a deal-breaker for me. Good luck and I wish I could help!
