70 butane/30 propane I assume?

Dry ice slurry and coils and you should be fine.

@cyclopath has posted a graph a few times that shows the boiling points of various solvent mixtures.

70/30 needs to be at minimum of -10 to be at 0psi vapor pressure according to that graph.

Yeah, you can. I have ran passive with 95propane/5iso.

I ran whipit which was a tri blend just fine too.

Nice. I distilled some whip it right when I got my cls set up. That’s all I used when I had a closed column and I didnt want the last few cases of cans I had to go to waste.

I have also used the bvv tri blend With good results.

I’ve been wanting to try straight iso, but I’m so small time I can’t justify buying a full 22lb tank though.

I didn’t like messing with tri blends and getting the ratios changed over time.

im assuming i may or may not have to run nitro?

If you were running straight n tane previously, then switching to iso/propane would increase your systems psi (due to its boiling point being lower), on my passive system, that psi change wouldn’t be enough to allow me to run without n2, especially through CRC
