I too am familiar with people just saying things that have no validity.

an update to anyone watching this thread or for later viewers, we have had success ( mostly) and I will be sharing the method we used to achieve fixing this problem as well as any data I was able to capture.
I thank you all for the feedback as much of it helped in our journey. though my update post might come closer to the end of year as I am traveling the next month and half.
