Legitimately interested if it can pull to full vac without sucking a door seal in. I donât even really care how well it heats
I would like to see a video of the chamber with the cover/insulation removed and under full vacuum. 5mm is going to deflect like mad. We would use 1"x2" solid bar every 2 feet to reinforce something that big. Also, acrylic would be more appropriate for the door because it wonât shatter/explode if it deflects too far

Outer Size:810 (W) 810(D) 1770mm(H) around.
Letâs say that glass panel in the front is 30"x 66", thatâs nearly 30,000lbs acting on the door at full vacuum. Iâve been in front of 1" thick stainless doors with reinforcing ribs on doors this size that sucked seals in

20mm is deisgned inside tempered glass door attached the chamber.
12mm is second protection safety. (acrylic solid like a paper).
Vacuum is fine under 5mm (actual thickness CHAMBER).
Low temperature
We tested it with 400C its will be hot and a little bend.Under <100C its fine.

Our New Door system with Dual Door Lock to make it seal better.

Acrylic bonded to the glass is good, thank you. Still would think 5mm is a bit thin, does it have reinforcement? Oven looks nice, not trying to be an asshole or anything. Iâd like to turn one into a lyophilizer

Vacuum Freeze Dryer 0.6M2 we do previously in USA.
if its like our 16CF BHO Vacuum Oven (The compressor will be huge). 
I would just attach an external condenser to the vacuum oven, if the oven is well enough insulated it will work acceptably for de-icing improperly frozen material

I think that was a pretty good joke. But from experience food oil without a cold trap will clog the vacuum pump. I fucked up a 12cfm two stage pump trying to purge brownie mixâŚ

Bro. Hey donât even have adequate pumps to final test these units. They using cheap china 2cfm pumps that canât even maintain a vacuum last the air leaks.
