so do you buy from dean kapplan himself or do you go to diversified. I hear you just fill tanks out of Kaplans yard.
Yes, we have a very strong relationship with Kaplan and we don’t just fill from Kaplan’s bulk, we also have kaplan process our 3 phase cylinder decontaminations before refilling each cylinder.
Kaplan has been in the high pressure cylinder conditioning and requalification business for many years and we choose to work with them because of the care and attention they put into their processes.
We are going to be talking about quality and integrity in manufacturing at bizcon if anyone wants to join the conversation.
@johnbigoil if you’re ever having a hard time finding your coa or cod (cert of decontamination) please check out our repository search. All documents are certified and signed before each refill on each serial number so you can rest assured cross contamination, backfill exposure and variable contaminate inside an un-cleaned cylinder do not compromise your gas.
Just add the information your about to post into one of the other 3 posts you just made. Jesus Christ man.
But we know residual trace elements of benzene exist in lpg.

If its very clean gas it should be non detectable to ppm/ppb, but it is a by product.
If you dont have a system or sop for cleaning the cylinders, how do you prevent the residuals for building inside the cylinder?
If you dont decontaminate cylinders how do you prevent backflow or cross contaminations?
If you dont decontaminate cylinders, how many refills or how many times can you “top” the customer cylinder returns before the levels hit detection?
Gonna show us another dirty coffee cup?
Wtf is wrong with you?
Is something wrong or are we just disrupting the status quo practice of exposing extractors to toxic impurities for a smokin deal on “clean gas” served up in cylinders that are never cleaned?
We strive to deliver safe and reliable lab supply because we want to keep our friends and family safe from the dangers of an under regulated application when industrial suppliers want you to believe FDA CFR 211.8-211.94 doesn’t exist for a reason.
Which brand is yours fickle?
Yes we’ve heard your argument about dirty cups. You literally posted the content from that same post but without the picture. Just try adding more to the conversation besides your same shpeal every time
Thank you for the feedback. Internet forums are not our specialty.
Marketing blurbs aren’t discourse, for future reference. Try and act like a human, not someone in India with a list of scripted responses
Thanks again. Nobody from india here. We just give a shit about delivering safe lab supply.
The lack of self awareness is just painful
Maybe call Propane “Rock Soup”??
“Rock Farts”
Hydrocarbon Heist.
What gas suppliers have you guys been having issues/ benzene reports from?
Were you supplied COAs with the specific tanks?
THIS!!! For literally everything, and fuck everything else
So couldn’t u just distill at 84f and the benzene will stay behind in the collection pot w the mystery oil as it has high boiling point
Posted this in the other thread but will post here anyways.
So far I have not read a single post from the ones having issues state they distill all gas before use. Not saying they do not but I would have already posted that if I had this issue.
Also none have stated after they distill the gas that it goes into a dedicated SS tank they can clean and inspect.
