Is the AV-15 still available
The AV15 is still around yes.
Does that have the in-line decarb unit? What is it missing?
It does not, it is a few years old and in storage right now. All parts can come with it if needed.

Forgot to mention that the condenser julabo’s cooling fan broke. That will need to be replaced if the julabo is to be run as a chiller. As a heater it’s fine. It was free when I called but I doubt the warranty is still valid now.
How much use does the kd10 have on it?

Partial torn down just to move, so some conduit is disconnected right now nothing major. About a year of runtime. Two wipers, second stage has a turbo on it. First stage feeds into second.
Is it spot cleaned with ETOH/ISO all over, or did you guys do cleaning runs before the teardown?
Eg, the feed vessels and lines, and the gear pumps.
Are they still gunked with oil, or cleaned out?

I did my version of a CTS clean out which is canola, citrus ZEP degreaser, iso, distilled water followed by iso. Then we cleaned the exterior. I haven’t seen the unit in almost a year so idk if it’s dusty or anything but I did do an exterior clean before storing.
