Looking for a turnkey setup or near turnkey. Everything from extraction through distillation, ideally remediation as well. Ideally wiped film distillation. Looking to process at least 250-350 lb of biomass per 8 hours. Anyone have some equipment they are looking to move? Please DM with details.
you should probably let people know through put you are looking for… say i had a 5l roto… that wouldn’t feed that wiped film you are talking about wanting
wiped film kinda seems to be overkill based on your estimated biomass, what makes you geared towards that?
That would be the min throughput we would consider.
Trying to wrap this into our normal distilling operation so like the more continuous nature of the wiped film, considering our manpower plans. We have moved our distilling operation from batch to continuous and have seen wonderful changes in our business so the thought was that would likely hold true here as well. Open to all options though…still pretty new to this side of the business!
