Hempshire Processing facility in Northern Wisconsin recently became the first ISO9001, specifically for Cannabis Processing facility in the state. In addition we are also a license food processing facility, vapor manufacturer and distributor licensed within Wisconsin as well.
We are finally catching up with our accounts and have some space available for Toll Processing at any level processing, from Biomass to THC-Remediated Broad Spectrum Distillate.
Our baseline processing typically includes Biomass to Full Spectrum distillate starting at $7.50 per lb and our current capacity is typically 1,000 - 1,500 lbs per day from biomass to full spectrum distillate within 48-hours if no further post processing is requested.
We have the luxury of low overhead and therefore are able to offer customizable payment options for our farmers and we work with everyone to meet their needs. We also offer a price match guarantee as well as our ISO9001 backed quality guarantee on all production prices and outputs.
We are located in one of the only counties in Wisconsin, COVID-19 Free, and adhere to strict cGMP guidelines to keep it that way. We offer anyone not experiencing lines symptoms to take you and meet us at the lab as long you don’t mind wearing the appropriate PPE.
All our products are packaged and prepare in Biomedical safe containers once final level of refinement is reached, They stay in glass jars until then for easy manipulation form crystal to liquid States for post processing.
