Your best bet are terps and flavonoids and other compounds present in the Flower
Mixed cannabinoids might have some effect but more in lowering the high
Then enhancing the high
Myrceen for one is a terpthat enhances the blood Brain barrier of cannabinoids
Menthol opens the lung cappilary beter
Etc etc
As for head the lady down the hall third door on the left

I would look deeper into the metabolism of each component to see if they overlap, for example the combination of grapefruit compounds can either increase or decrease the metabolism of certain medications.
