Since the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration promulgated and implemented the Measures for the Administrate of Electronic Cigarettes, Buddy Group has responded positively, fully cooperated with the submission of relevant application materials, and seriously accepted the review of the competent department.
In July, Shenzhen Buddy Technology Development has obtained the License for th tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise issued by the State Tobaco Monopoly Administration of China
The approval of License for the Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise is the recofnition of the State for the high-quality and standardized operation of Buddy Group, and is a major milestone in the company development history
Without this license, many small factory cannot make e cigarette any more, but we are sure the new regulation will help to make the business more healthy.
So I know this post is an info-tisement for Chinese Buddy Group, but I’ll bite (with absolutely no remorse for trolling Chinese vendors on Future 4200).
I missed the news- What rules were passed in China about vapes?
Because only certain companies can be certified now with the ChiCom government, how much more expensive and harder to import is vape hardware going to become?
I don’t claim to be the smartest person in the room (just ask my wife!), so I asked @qma about these questions. He said:
**1. Only licensed facilities can export **
**And ** 2. A WHOLE BUNCH MORE
Yes in future only licensed factory can export. this is very complicated, but e cigarette will be treated as tobacco in future. All OEM order need to provide authorization to proceed, I think this will avoid copy cat
Our price for export will not be expensive, but for domestic there will have a increasing tax. And only tobacco flavor can be sold soon
