I imagine parameter development in early stages. KDT 6 batched units have a rotating carousel with glass cylinders, never got much use - used them for CBD a long time ago and never touched again.

Yeah it’s for taking fractions, dialing in parameters. Let me know if you want one, I can probably get you one cheap.
Edit: Kinda weird they don’t have the still body on it. I would guess because they have jacketed fluid bodies and non jacketed metal heat banded ones. It just looks strange like that…
