Using powdered carbon in Delta extraction

We’ve been working with Delta CUP15s and running warm ethanol through them, several bags per keg. Don’t have the chiller capacity to cool them at the moment so the ethanol is room temp. The solution is dark green and goes through a carbon filtration column to turn it yellow.
I’m wondering if anyone has tried putting activated powdered carbon in the delta bag, mixed in with biomass. Curious if this will grab the chlorophyll before it can even leave the extractor.
Aiming to simplify the filtration and polishing before distillation. For running high volume, any other advice or links to previous topics would be helpful.

I’ve tried this. It doesn’t work that great. Furthermore the bag won’t retain the carbon well so you’ll need to post filter anyway.

Some Where in this forum
@Soxhlet posted a movie of Carbon pellets that are clean and stay clean in solution Maybe look into those👍

Yeah carbon-chemistry sells pelletized carbon now. I haven’t tried it.
