1.6/2 = 0.8, that is to say the recent result is 80% of the previous test. So just at the ±20% acceptable testing varience for most states. Although in practice this is not really good testing, I agree… it would still be “acceptable” and not trigger an investigation or retest.

Its a good idea to calibrate your scale(s) when formulating. Just another way your product can vary.
