Lemon/pepper mantled turkey:
Requires 20L mantle

1. dewinterize overnight at 5-10C
2. brine wash 3x
3. Pretend you have a 10l flask (line mantle with Alu foil)
4. add 0.05% by weight D-limonene and Beta-caryophyllene to internal cavity using syringe. (Stick the terpenes up its arse… @StoneD)
5. sprinkle CBD or THC isolate to taste
6. wrap turkey securely in Alu foil and place in preheated mantle at 175C
7. wait until the red pops

Notes: Cornish game hen may be substituted if you’ve only got a 2l mantle
