Turnkey Lab Systems Diamond Miner

I recommend talking to @Killa12345 like many others have said. I practically got my miner for free and I got to learn a few things too. I got one that had a slight leak as I didn’t want to wait for killa to find the leak fix it and then pressure test it. I assumed it would be beneficial for me to find the leak fix and pressure test it. Funny enough I haven’t gotten to mine diamonds as I’m waiting for my boss to order an in-line dewaxer and an oven. Instead I’ve been using it to purge my concentrates and almost every one either became sugar crystals or terp sauce/apple sauce. I also run 70/30 and I think that’s the main culprit for crystals as my runs end up pulling a lot of terpenes and i have to cold boil my solution to balance level terps

I want to make clear that the miner @Homegrown34 got was in pieces. I couldnt track down where this miner kept leaking so i was in the process of tearing it down and rebuilding when he asked me to just sell him the parts. I gave a new valve, fitting and gauge as i think it was the valve leaking on me, but it was a completely disassembled miner.

Most people here are more than capable of building and if i dont have to build and just throw parts in a box…im willing to discount it much more as i dont have to put the time into the unit.

I also got the 35 miners from @Killa12345 in pieces and assembled them all. They are all glass sights and not one has leaked or had a problem. So far i have pressure tested them to 90psi.

@Killa12345 sorry for not being more specific. I was happy you sold it to me like that since you let it go cheaper and I got to learn more and get a better understanding of how this stuff works. Like you said most people are capable of building it our selves and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Long story short if you need a miner hit up @Killa12345 I was very happy with the service and quality products he supplied.

is there something special going on inside the miner that im not seeing or is a miner simply a closed end triclamp spool, lid w/ T valve, pressure gauge, and high pressure sightglass+high pressure clamp? im an extraction tech, just curious. was thinking about purchasing a miner but i feel like i could piece this together with spare parts i have laying around?

You absolutely could. But, if you hit up @Killa12345 you can probably get one for a far better price than you’re expecting.

Im just trying to help where i can. Im a one man show that decided not enough stainless companies out there are looking out for our own interests. I know what its like to buy a leaky extractor from one of these big companies and them offer me a shirt for the inconvenience. Im just trying to fill a niche where people can call a company(or person) and have that person on the other end KNOW EXACTLY what your gonna use it for and knows how to use it as well.

I know the shortcomings of a lot of this stuff cause i use this stuff…When people email me idea and they dont work…I tell them. If its outta my class in extractors. I refer them to people i know to get the job done properly. Open source steel sell a few miners almost as cheap, and so does HFS. I have no problems referring you to competitors as well. You can ask @Cryo13 about the quality from the 2 competitors listed cause i think that dude has a miner from just about every company out there.

Thanks always for @Dred_pirate looking out for a brother. I refer a ton of people here too. If your a specialist in this field like @Soxhlet, @Indofab @Shadownaught @colombiabeneficial and all the others. I have no problem throwing other members the work before a big company. After the support i got on the carbon chemistry company page for their show the love contest. I realized the future4200 crew here rolls like an army and together…a shit ton of people started to notice our contributions especially lately. I really cant believe the people and companies that have contacted me in the last 3-4 months. its really insane and i appreciate every single one of you guys. Literally from the bottom of my heart. You all have changed my business from a good living to something thats overwhelming at times. Thanks

I can truly vouche for killas miner, its the best quality out there, the added detail of knowing all the dos and donts really show, real viton gaskets everywhere, and i mean everywhere, the thickness of the parts is double that of my other miners, its all polished SS which is a feature most leave out or half ass… the bolts for the 4" sight glass are high grade and allen heads with niloks instead of those dumb nuts that are a bitch to get even and keep tight…

Thats just what i can think of off the top of my head…

Thanks again @Killa12345

I got a hemispherical lid, a 3×24 dewaxing column and gauges from him as well as reducers and a few other things. I’d say the best parts of my extractor are the parts krom @Killa12345 .

I’m not just saying that either. Ive gone thru gauges just from squeezing them too tight while tightening. HFS and BVV ones have done it to me. The welds on the dewaxer are superior to the welds from BVV and EmeraldGold. The Hemispherical Lid is not only ergonomically designed for extraction but also looks really fucking cool.

Shipping is free and quick PLUS the dude makes sure your stuff is wrapped well.
