The only company I know of that is doing that on any appreciable scale is BDS Analytics. I’m not sure they’ll have exactly what you need but it’s worth giving them a call.

BDS Analytics and Headset are the two main players for sales and product type data by market, there are non cannabis-specific retail data firms like SPINS coming into the industry too.
Cannabis Benchmarks and Hemp Benchmarks are for wholesale pound spot pricing.
