Thank you for a response that isn’t just you being a prick to those who don’t agree with you. This is actual community leader style behavior.
I know in the past using cartridges that had visible crystals in them regularly led to carts that clogged long before they were empty, but they likely had more than a mere 5%. On that note though, can you show me a picture of what 5% looks like in a cart? Do you have a 'finished cart we can see the remaining leftovers in as well?

Just don’t decarb all the way OR use cold crashed HTE if you want “glitter carts”. No need to add sugar or extra steps

That’s exactly how you get the problems everyone has experienced. Anyone hating on this method cannot fathom that adding little bits of thca to DISTILLATE doesn’t cause extra crashing because delta 9 doesn’t crash.

Anytime we use HTE that has been reintroduced back into decarbed thca we have “glitter carts” usually its nowhere near enough to cause any issues though.
I think the only fear or thing to consider is most of the time there is still uncrashed thca in the HTE fraction that will continue to crash under the right considions. The repeating heat cycles of regular cart use does cause the carts to crash further that they were at the time of fill but i doubt that its going to be enough to cause an issue unless you cut the growth of thca on your pan early before spinning the hte off.

How do you cold crash HTE? I’m guessing just throw it in the fridge / freezer for some time so the THCA crashes out?
