Do multiple jars. So you can have one successful jar that you‘ll leave alone, and another jar you’ll open too often and agitate too much.

Not necessarily. It works well both ways
My best actual advice is to read as much as possible and experiment.
@Midnightoil had a good point about using multiple jars until you have your own individual parameters ironed out.
@Dred_pirate’s comment about saturation and temps are on point too.
Best advice here. If you’ve never done this before, pour into a few jars. Experiment with burping and saturation levels. Have one control jar you dont burp and leave alone for the most part. This is how learning takes place…
