I am beaker and cannot get my new surface pro 6 to log in despite hiurs of trying to sign up with a new username and password. The security makes sure I cannot log into my old account as Beaker but what I need is a login from me surface pro. I will pay IT rates for somebody to figure out this nightmare. The vast majority of attempts to change over to my newtablet have failed too so it is not just the surface pro.
It frustrates to me.
