Sounds like a fun way to end the week late on a Friday…

Making sure you completely enclose everything after the mill and tie in dust collection to create a negative pull on the mill helps pull the material through and control dust. VFD’s are critical to ensure low dust and tight particle sizes.

So I’ve got LN2 pumping directly into the mill as shown in video above by KannaMill. Problem solved!

I’ll try to get a good video to show my setup in the next few days.

Anyone got a pic of a spray bar? I’ve just got a 1/2" copper tube going into the mill.

Crimp the end, and put some holes in it?

more like cutoff wheel, but yeah crimp the ends.

Basically a 1/2 or 3/8 compression tee with a tube protruding from each side. The ends are crimped and welded, then slots or holes are drilled into the length of the tubes

The wider the chute, the more entry ports needed. We added this port setup for fresh frozen processing.
