thats why I said ∆9-thc. theoretically better if it was water soluble, might take an unpleasant ph change or massive dilution

THCa/HTE:
After separating the final HTE fraction…
Centrifuge:
Fill centrifuge test tubes with HTE.
Rotate, To fraction trace saturation of cannabinoids.
Separate HTE again.
LLE:
Put HTE in Sepfunnel with correct solvents.
Establish Terpenes’ “partitioning coefficient“(Kp.
-Use Kp to establish proper Ph variance adjustment needed to fully isolate and separate Terpenes(volatiles/non-polar) from residual Cannabinoids(also non-polar but use Kp, solvent, media to manipulate the Ph for a distinct separation).
Define the Kp and you’re golden.
Write SOP for the perfectly stable HTE Isolation Method for scalable protocol.
Please respond with any advise and revisions on how to fully isolate pure HTE with no residual Cannabinoids.
