I am excited to introduce myself as @SolventDirect_BigM, and announce that I will be working with @SolventDirect to provide customer outreach, sales, and support here on Future4200. Most of you already know me as @BigM, a long time cannabis nerd here to learn all I can about this amazing industry. I have dabbled in various aspects of cannabiz for many years, and long searched to find a legit, legal place in the industry where I fit in. I am happy to say I have found that opportunity with Solvent Direct, and eager to see where it takes me.
I have worked in sales and customer service enough to recognize the difference in a company simply trying to make a dollar vs a company trying to make a difference. I believe that Solvent Direct was created to make a difference, to help the industry make better, safer extracts, while providing customers excellent products and customer service.
I am no stranger to customer support. Of the many titles I’ve had, being a supervisor for customer service and sales has been one of the most satisfying. Helping customers get the right product, resolve issues, and gain knowledge is my passion. I love diving into a new position and learning all I can while striving to do the best job possible. I am excited to advance my knowledge and skills in this position to provide top notch customer support, while helping to move the industry forward so we can all level up together.
