On one of Frenchies shows he had talked about Afghani hash was aged for years in temples, hence the term temple balls. This was my attempt. Unfortunately I ran out of patience 6 months in.
You all were right Handwash is elite.
My machine got super gunked to the point of me tossing it, those are hard to clean.
I got a solid 10 runs though before it got tossed.
I shit you not iso it all you want you’ll eventually toss it because there’s something you missed and it get all weird smelling and gross.
A few days ago I decided to do a wooden spoon run. I used two food grade Homer buckets and a 220um and 120um I didn’t go to 73um this time cause it was a test run but it was worth it.
I used a drill around round 13 to get it all out.
I smoked most the grade 1 by now. I had it drying on parchment near an open window.
I’m embarrassed to post the pics but I mean that bowl got me wrecked and was flavorful as all hell.
Quick question. I just made my 1st batch of the bubbly and it looks beautiful. I used 4 bags. 220, 160, 73 and a 45 micron bag in that order. Is the size of the microns measured by which bag the hash is in? For instance is what doesn’t pass through the 160 micron bag 160 micron hash? Or is what does pass through the 160 micron bag that sits in the 73 micron bag the 160 micron hash?
What doesn’t pass through the 160 micron bag is the 160 micron hash
If you made hash then why are these questions being asked? Idk I’m not trying to be an asshole I just feel you’re Trolling but let’s get into it.
160um hash is 160um hash.
If the screen on the bag is 160um then you’ve used 160um and you’ve used the 160um bag to sieve your hash down to that micron size.
The whole entire process with the bubble bags after you’ve done your washes is still a sieving process you’ve just started with a washed solution.
So your material that you discard is usually in the 220um bag. Then what sits in your 160um bag is the 160um hash, after that the water containing your finer hash will go to your 73um bag and what’s caught on that mesh is your 73um bag then the water trickles to your 43 bag which sieves out the water and leaves behind your 43um hash.
