I am evaluating to make my master’s project research in food science focused on CBD-infused food products.
I would like to know from your experience what have been the most complex challenges that you have faced up during the development of these products and how you think that from the research I could contribute to your developments.

Thank you for your answer. Do you mean lack of homogeneity when trying to make it soluble in the food matrix?
The biggest challenge is that these food products are still not allowed by the fda. The only ways I can think of to work around that are having the consumer mix cbd themselves into the product post purchase, or just selling fresh hemp leaves for smoothies, naturally adulterated goodness.
