QR Platform Beta – 30–60 Days from Launch

We’re officially in beta testing and approximately 30–60 days from live launch.

Before anything else:

This is not production.

After beta concludes, all data will be fully wiped prior to live release. Please do not use the platform for production workflows yet.

The system is actively being developed and updated. At any time during beta, the platform WILL reset as improvements are deployed. Please be patient — this is an active build phase.

:hammer_and_wrench: Beta Participation

There is a built-in ticketing system inside the platform.

If you want to participate in beta:

  • Submit bugs through the ticketing system.

  • Be specific and detailed.

  • Use real workflows.

This isn’t a “click around and poke it” beta.

Contributors who meaningfully help shape the platform and intend to use it when live will be rewarded at launch.

If you plan to use this in production once live, open a ticket and let us know your intentions.

:warning: Known Issues

We are aware of formatting/rendering inconsistencies in:

  • Brand page editor

  • Category page editor

  • Raffle page editor

  • Store page editor

These are actively being worked through.

Email functionality is currently disabled. Anything related to email notifications is known not to be working yet.

Crypto (Polygon Testnet)

Crypto payments are fully implemented and tested.

However:

The system is currently running on Polygon Testnet.

If you are unfamiliar with using test networks, do not use crypto payments.
If you send real funds to the test environment, you can very easily lose money.

Only interact with crypto payments if you understand testnets.

Stripe

Stripe is fully functional in test mode.

To test Stripe payments:

Use the standard Stripe test card:

  • Card Number: 4242 4242 4242 4242

  • Expiration: Any future date

  • CVC: Any 3 digits

  • ZIP: Any valid format

This will simulate successful transactions without charging real money.

:printer: Printing & QR Workflow Questions

We’re evaluating printing workflows and would appreciate real feedback.

A few questions for those planning to use the platform:

  1. Do you already have a print company you use for QR labels?

  2. How many QR codes do you expect to generate per month?

  3. Are you printing in-house (e.g., Zebra thermal printers or similar automation)?

  4. Would you prefer:

    • Downloadable QR image files

    • Or just scan URLs in CSV format for automated print systems?

The platform currently supports:

  • Direct QR image generation

  • CSV exports of scan URLs for bulk printing automation

We are also considering offering QR printing at:

  • $0.012 per QR

  • Minimum order: 10,000

  • Shipped

Is that something you’d be interested in?

:building_construction: Platform Scope

This is a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Users can select from multiple available platform domains.
Custom domains are not currently supported due to SSL and infrastructure constraints.

Planned features for launch or shortly after:

Point System API Access
Allowing third-party platforms to integrate with the built-in points system for gamification and external reward workflows.

I am excited for the work @redonkuless is doing for us with our extraction sensor! Should be getting some initial datasets here this week then its off to get fully revamped into a user friendly software.

Thank you to everyone who joined during beta, created accounts, submitted bug reports, requested features, and helped test real workflows. Your feedback helped shape the platform into what it is now.

Alongside the production launch, I’m also announcing a major platform upgrade:

We now have a dedicated staging environment:

This gives us a clean separation between live production use and active development.

What that means:

  • Production stays stable and ready for real users

  • Staging gets new fixes and features first

  • Zero downtime in production as updates are developed and tested separately

If you want to stay involved, test upcoming features, and continue helping improve the platform, sign up on staging and use it as your sandbox environment.

Users who provide meaningful feedback there may still receive gifts, token incentives, and early-user advantages as the platform evolves.
