Where do you ship out of?
Depends on what item is shipping and where you live. We have stock in both Jersey City, NJ as well as Manitoba, Canada. There are some things that are not available from either location at any given time so sometimes an item needs to be shipped across border, which can be a bit more expensive unfortunately.

What lifespan are you guys getting out of your peak pros? Iāve had mine for just over a year now, Iām at 3600 heat cycles and the battery is acting pretty funky now. No longer have the ability to re-heat or the unit will die mid dab at 100% charge sorta randomly.
I reached out to support but havenāt heard back yet, but wondering how many dabs other ppl are seeing before issues. Iām using the 3DXL as well if that matters.

Mine has 14000 hits. Still charges and works like the day I bought mine. I wireless charge mine 80% of the time.
The plastic under the protective rubber is super brittle and cracked in multiple spots but youād never know with the rubber cover on. When I took mine apart to clean. It had like an oz of oil inside plastic.
It really needs to be completely cleaned every 6 months or youāre gonna run into issues down the line.

Iām gonna give it a deep clean, I do the glass and base frequently but not the atomizer/pin as much. Hopefully thatās it.
I have mine charging like 90% of the time but I use the hardwired port never tried wireless. Was wondering if it was my charging habit, Iād be fine with it if I could run it hardwired only lol.

Is it one of the āNewā Peak Pros or the previous iteration?
The New ones have a two-year warranty if that helps at all in your scenario.
Iām yet to experience much in the way of battery degradation & my device will have a year of use in it come the tail end of April. The app typically has me at about 20 or so rips per charge with my heating profiles & I do enable the battery saver feature so that it only charges to 80%.
That being said, if you continue to experience issues & youāre within warranty- Iād expect Puffco would cover it.
If youāre out of warranty or Puffco is uncooperative, Wym Designs has several different repair options that are more affordable than a new device.
He is out of Northern California & also has some badass accessories Iāve picked up. Very communicative as well if you had any questions.

Around were the atomizer screws in its cracked. I was gonna use my plastic welder but Iām not sure if the heat around that spot with other plastics is a good idea.
It works and once I put back on the rubber protector. It holds everything tight and where itās supposed to be but I know itās only a matter of time

Finally got one of these a few weeks ago
Game. Changer.
I used to take my Peak Pro 3dXL with a small dry top everywhere but youād have to take along your jar and dabber and qtips so youād have to throw it all into a small pelican or whatever.
I bought the pivot with an extra 2 pack of atomizers so now I have 3 dab sessions in my pocket with no mess. I got a mouthpiece after eating a bit of oil a couple times (I load it too big lol) so thatās no longer an issue and I got some terp pearls but they work better with the stock mouthpiece.
It goes with me everywhere and has really added in me doubling my cannabis consumption or more. Sick of those rookie gram per day numbers and I had to step it up.

Not sure. Stopped dabbing like a year ago. Iāll dab when I have guests and shit but itās not my normal way of smoking.
Iād say you really need to take it apart every few 1000 dabs. Iād have to say my peak pro has 15000 dabs on it or something like that. Still works perfectly which is crazy.
How are you liking your top? Realrichbrian?

Well, since September Iāve gone through roughly 330g of hemp thca isolate. Some days might be 35 dabs others might be 100 lol
If weāre basing it on September 1st, youāve had almost a gram & half daily.
You might want to consider varying your consumption methods or finding a better supplier despite being in an illegal state.

It doesnāt spin the pearl very well but itās got great airflow and keeps oil out my mouth
Havenāt deep cleaned mine yet. Just wipe out the area under the glass and keep it moving
I can see oil in it though. Probably a mess.
Iāll go 1000 hits without cleaning the atomizer and that area is flooded with grams
