Where do you ship out of?
Depends on what item is shipping and where you live. We have stock in both Jersey City, NJ as well as Manitoba, Canada. There are some things that are not available from either location at any given time so sometimes an item needs to be shipped across border, which can be a bit more expensive unfortunately.

What lifespan are you guys getting out of your peak pros? I’ve had mine for just over a year now, I’m at 3600 heat cycles and the battery is acting pretty funky now. No longer have the ability to re-heat or the unit will die mid dab at 100% charge sorta randomly.
I reached out to support but haven’t heard back yet, but wondering how many dabs other ppl are seeing before issues. I’m using the 3DXL as well if that matters.
Mine has 14000 hits. Still charges and works like the day I bought mine. I wireless charge mine 80% of the time.
The plastic under the protective rubber is super brittle and cracked in multiple spots but you’d never know with the rubber cover on. When I took mine apart to clean. It had like an oz of oil inside plastic.
It really needs to be completely cleaned every 6 months or you’re gonna run into issues down the line.
I’m gonna give it a deep clean, I do the glass and base frequently but not the atomizer/pin as much. Hopefully that’s it.
I have mine charging like 90% of the time but I use the hardwired port never tried wireless. Was wondering if it was my charging habit, I’d be fine with it if I could run it hardwired only lol.
Had mine since 2021 going very strong. Could it be your chamber?
Is it one of the “New” Peak Pros or the previous iteration?
The New ones have a two-year warranty if that helps at all in your scenario.
I’m yet to experience much in the way of battery degradation & my device will have a year of use in it come the tail end of April. The app typically has me at about 20 or so rips per charge with my heating profiles & I do enable the battery saver feature so that it only charges to 80%.
That being said, if you continue to experience issues & you’re within warranty- I’d expect Puffco would cover it.
If you’re out of warranty or Puffco is uncooperative, Wym Designs has several different repair options that are more affordable than a new device.
He is out of Northern California & also has some badass accessories I’ve picked up. Very communicative as well if you had any questions.

Around were the atomizer screws in its cracked. I was gonna use my plastic welder but I’m not sure if the heat around that spot with other plastics is a good idea.
It works and once I put back on the rubber protector. It holds everything tight and where it’s supposed to be but I know it’s only a matter of time
Definitely hit him up. I’m sure he’s seen a ton of devices with the same issue.
