Ya its all part of the plan, super inflated land prices that now are worth no where near what you paid, massive taxes and more and more regulations that just take away from the bottom line. Know people stil with last years stuff and if they even come close to breaking even they’ll be doing cart wheels, guess what there no ding this yr
