Pinnacle SRS trouble

We’ve been running the SRS for almost a year with multiple issues.
The biggest being pump 2 not wanting to move oil consistently.
I’m also suspect that the steam boiler that came with it is undersized. Its a Sussman es36 thats rated at 108lbs of steam per hr. My steam drops off super low at the beginning of a run.
Anyone else have issues like this or advice ?

Some info about my process:
-room temp extraction on AES
-winterizing at -40/-35c
-using PIG filter with 0.8 sheets.
-warming to room temp before it hits the SRS

do you pre heat the system to get all the steel up to temperature before you start running solution through?

We give it about 30 min of warm up time. Think that should be longer? 45 min - 1 hr seems a little long.

Any other issues. That you incounter with this system?

How thick are you concentrating your crude?. It might be a good idea leaving it runny and removing the rest of ethanol with a reactor. Or a rotovap I dislike a rotovap tho because it takes some time to dump it all out clean.

Are you getting good consistency and flow up to the sight glass?
Are you running your CIP?
When do the flow troubles happen?
Could it be the check valve clogging?
We opted for the heat tape around the oil discharge plumbing, maybe something to look into?
