Picking People for management

Companies often suffer from improper selections of key individuals for jobs. Let me offer some advice. I have a test that can be applied to determine at least four key positions. Those are;

Purchasing
Sales
Marketing
Janitor

Simply ask the question, “what is two plus two”. The person that answers “three” should be placed in Purchasing. The person who says, “five” should of course be placed in Sales. The person who states, “usually it ends up a million!” Is for Marketing. Finally of course the one who says, “four” is perfect as a janitor.

I hope this helps. It is from years of experience in business as an engineer in a production company. How did I get to be engineer then? It is because I answered, “it is the square root of sixteen”. :nerd_face:
