Sounds to me, they will use them statistics to pass measures to prevent such things from happening. I’m thinking they will come in to regulate; they’ll have to, to make sure regular families lives won’t be affected. Notice how they stated that, about the “can’t provide for this neighbor” telling… that will pressure lawmakers.
I have a solution using biocoal created from biomass waste.
