My one take away is this:
There is a massive gap in working knowledge, understanding of equipment and general safety.

I have 3 NB Oiler 1U stacks , with about 100 runs on each stack and I’ve never experienced anything like the OP stated , I push with nitrogen up to 90 PSI sometimes, I’d trust anything coming out of their shop 1000 times over again before choosing a shottily made import stack welded by who knows who

@ScoopDiamonds Credit Card refund is the way to go. They’ll get you your money back. Had an issue with a seller that failed to provide adequate services and it was past 180 days to get a refund on Paypal. Paypal didn’t want to do shit to help us out so I took it to my credit card company and they hooked me up. Got me my money credited back into my account and Paypal opened the dispute.
