Couldnât agree with this more after it was revealed how the new ownership protects the helicopter guy even recently getting what a 70% vote on him being removed. I have been the idiot believing I was in good company for a long time. The meme thread is most epic along with what people let slip and reveal there.

Lets be real, most people dont stop to help, theyâre too âbusyâ.
Most people subject themselves to being observers, very few will actually help someone, or stop something catastrophic from happening.
Most people are bystanders at best, enablers at worst, the real ones DO something about it.
My favorite thread was the early âCRCâ threads, had the most utility for my little âcareerâ, and in my opinion was one of the most wide bearing changes that happened over all to the industry.
Also the âdonutsâ thread. Really wish I could have had that come together along with the business I was doing, but was hilarious and fun.

New ownership? Just so u know Iâve banned wade like a dozen times or something. We typically do a 6 month ban so every six months I typically just re-swing the ban hammer once he gets back on his bullshit

Youâve always seemed to want to clean up the BS. I barely know wade beyond the unnecessary vibe / structure of his posts & somehow still I end up noticing most (not all) of his alts he spins up here as they come up without trying to find them. Imagine the people who do know him well ⌠That when he spins up new accounts somehow the uh new ownership doesnt know itâs their old friend who CFAAâd and defaced another mods website/server (yours right?). I had my first baby this year too and I still seem to notice the fuckery and could have wackamoled or noticed the ban evasion quicker than the ânew ownerâ who knows the evader quite well?
You are diligently trying to clean up a pathology here and thereâs people still on staff with root access that protect the same pathology. Imagine being cool with all the things we know about MW, still protecting the guy with the helicopter shit and everything tangentially related, and then he goes and defaces one of your mods website VMâs and boasts about it on your own forum. And you still protect that guy after that icing on the cake and let the mods have a hard time tracking down and banning all his alts.

Wasnât ownership transferred around the GLG Long Beach days? New I guess is not the right term I might not be accurate on my history too if Iâm wrong that the forum was transferred from being owned in majority by the old owner future and was transferred to new owner sidco? That was⌠2020-2021âŚ? Canât remember which COVID year. Lurkers here might think @Future still majority owns this place by the forums branding and some of us might see that as the good old days and yeah maybe the phrase new owners is not accurate as itâs been some years since the forum is now majority owned by a new party after being transferred from the old ownership

Good old days might have just been because people were still making good money too and people excited about learning / making new innovations like what greenmachine was talking about doing leading up to that time.
This place was still toxica back in 2020-2021. Pine resin remediation and bs fundraisers and people shooting people. The mods here today try their best, forums are not democracyâs.
Using this platform to brag about defacing another active staff members page down when you have admin credentials on WHCMS as their web host, resulting in a temporary ban reads to the membership like that is allowed here and sorta quietly applauded by people who like seeing the fuckery. If you somehow already ignored all the way worse stories surrounding the subject who did it but still at least gave a shit about the principles of being the administrator for your own platform why would you protect someone with a temp ban who sabotaged your own staff memberâs web presence and made it known here for bragging rights.
I thought @sidco always owned 90% of the forum and @Future was always the minority shareholder despite the name.
Donât think there has been a time that future was the majority owner of the forum.
