Mobile phase recycling

What solvent recycling systems are successfully being used to purify mobile phase solvents for use in additional runs? After corresponding with Interchim and Gilson I haven’t really been pointed in a direction other than hazardous waste disposal of the methanol/acetone or the heptane/methanol used in these two systems, and that feels wrong morally and financially. Interchim said they had a customer reusing solvents but it lead to decreased yields. Would rotovapping and sieving work to purify these solvents to reagent grade purities?

If you can break the azeotrope and distill them you can reuse them.
this might be worth a read.
