Wondering if there is anywhere that makes small custom size cooling jackets that can be connected to a recirculating chiller? I’m looking for something to fit a ~1.25" diameter tube at ~12" long for cooling material on an r&d co2 machine.

Going to be hard to fine 1.25" diameter tube.
Standard Tubing Sizes are : 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1.5", 2", 3", 4", and 6".
Anything outside of that will be extremely long lead-time and prices. Not sure what you’re trying to accomplish here but a supply and return manifold from the existing chiller can be used.

Carefully bend some copper tubing around the OD of your tube, hook your chiller up to it?
