Our team runs a high volume co-pack + process facility in Michigan, and have experience with large scale cultivation design and management.
We can help set up SOPs, QA systems, production lines, etc and allow you to skip all the mistakes we’ve already made.
I work closely with a legal team and real estate team based in MN so we can attack the project from all angles.
Generally we work on a consulting basis with flat fee, but would also look at potential investment/ JV opportunities with the right parties.
