Does anyone have or know of any gmp space for rent that will allow small ethanol extraction and finish product filling. We would need 3000-5000 sqft

There are a couple etoh facilities for sale on here and that may offer some insight into the economic challenges of running an extraction lab or renting the capabilities. I would be interested in hearing other’s thoughts on renting extraction capabilities vs tolling for extraction.
Something we’re working on currently is renting a cGMP facility on a truck for product creation.
