Position: Master Grower
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Master Grower to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our indoor cannabis cultivation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, yield, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire cultivation process from seed to harvest.
Develop and implement cultivation strategies to maximize yield and quality.
Maintain detailed records of cultivation activities, including nutrient schedules, plant health, and environmental conditions.
Monitor and manage pest and disease control measures.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Train and supervise cultivation staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Conduct regular quality control checks and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Master Grower in a commercial cannabis cultivation facility.
Extensive knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, genetics, and plant health.
Strong understanding of nutrient management, lighting, and environmental controls.
Familiarity with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
