The gpac listings are recruiter poolings. I suggest submitting yourself into their system anyway. I’m going to be integrating a cool system soon so that recruiters come to you with opportunities. Until then, I’ll keep some pooling listings on the sheet and label them as such. :+1:

What if you get a pool of resumes from people on here looking for work or better opportunities, and work with a few recruiters to give them access to the resumes. I feel like a lot of recruiters have no idea about these forums and I find a lot of the people that have been working in the shadows are missing out on these opportunities cause they just don’t know.

There was another recruiter that posted on here that I know personally and after his experience here he has told several other canna recruiters to avoid this place like the plague.

Yea I agree there needs to be indexing of professionals in the space. That’s what I plan on doing, making a reverse facing list of resumes but instead of publicly displaying everyone’s resume and personal info I want to make the list indexed by tags on their experience and skills and then recruiters/companies can contact by them by email or something for the actual resume.

As @Extractionperson2.0 said, the anonymity here allows some people to dilute the people actual serious but I’ve done resumes here for a couple years and there is a lot of dedicated career focused people that make my resume look like garbage lol.

Damn that GA post looks nice. I’ve got everything minus the bachelor’s degree. I’ve Def got their 10 years lab experience.

Wonder if I would pay someone to fluff up a resume good enough for them to look the other way lol. Would be nice to move back home to GA lol
