I have a client that says he’s buying 220 kilos of CBD crude oil to turn into distillate…

My question is, can you whole sale CBD crude if it’s above the .3% THC limit as long as it’s being sold to a manufacturer who is going to continue the THC removal process?

The short answer to this is yes, you can. As long as it’s not a finished product its okay to sell hot crude and distillate
