how much do you want for the unit outright used?? and why cant a mso afford to just cash it out??

I don’t want to sell the unit right now as I may have plans for it in the future. I am not against selling it eventually if that’s what they really want, but not what I am looking to do right now. I’m sure they could afford to purchase it from me, but both parties prefer this arrangement because in a few months they plan to relocate another XT70 which is currently in use at a lab in another state (they have 2 and production should slow down in a few months there which will free up 1). Also, like many other companies in cannabis right now they are trying to reduce their CapEx, and as I’m sure you know XT70s aren’t cheap
