Heptane takes longer to extract as the temp drops. @Kingofthekush420 has more experience there than I do.

Heptane will pull cannabinoids at lower temps, I’m unsure of the efficiency of it though ( no idea how long youd have to soak for)

I’d think a warm extraction fill lower by a dewax would be ideal

room temp hexane 2:1 for speed 2.5 maybe 3 for “everything” (extra margarine. hell yeah.)

How to remove wax/fat from heptane

Heyo, I’ve been mulling over the idea of some LLE with heptane and methanol. I haven’t tested anything yet, but I was thinking if I washed with heptane then mixed it with cold methanol the methanol would snag cannabinoids and not as much waxes. Now the obvious issue is the continuing build up of fats/waxes in heptane. Is there a simple in line process to remove them? I’d assume membrane filter or -80 temps would do the trick.
