Hard substance the crude

Hey there seeing if anyone can knows what this is. We recieved a batch of supposedly cold ethanol winterized crude. When testing out new suppliers i always homogenize and winterize anyway. When I homogenized the crude there was a hard candy like substance at the bottom of my flask. I am assuming these guys tried to pass off warm ethanol crude and that was the chlorophyll congealing. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you.

Pictures would help

We have experienced the same thing… Kind of looked like caramel popcorn. Will monitor this thread as I am also curious.

Does it show up before or after decarb?
Before is probably improper filtration and large plant matter making it in there. If it only appears after decarboxylation or higher temperature distillation, it may be sugars.
