I’m looking for these weird specific gaskets for a 5L USALAB reactor, specifically for the glass jacket fluid port. I have asked USALAB, they’re labeled “JR Series Rubber Gasket for Jacket Flange Clamp” and my google search it seems that they’re made for USALAB and can’t be found elsewhere. I was hoping to find a cheap alternative I couple pick up locally. The jacket will likely reach temps of 250f-300f.
You try McMaster? You can probably even get the material and cut your own or have them cut, the OEM is most likely FKM or Buna.

You can buy corrugated ptfe sheets
Smack it between two plywood sheets and use a hole drill to make perfect rounds
Outer circumference first if not your center drill gets lost
Whenever I have to change gaskets my go to is ptfe since that keeps all options open for solvent comparability for future use
I can have a fkm one made if you have the dimensions, .063" or .125" thickness
