Floraplex Terpene Diluent Free Samples for Future4200 members!

Been researching diluents after having a horrible experience with a popular PG based diluent on the market. I got caught down a deep testing rabbit hole after stumbling on another (dramatic) discussion on this forum. Glad to see you guys took initiative in testing, was about to place an order and saw this post. Are you offering this sample to non-commercial customers?

Hi AWistfulNihilist! Yup, we are still occasionally giving out free samples to Futrue4200 members! I will DM you

Ingredients, not ā€œformulation,ā€ is what is needed.

Hi tonosity!

We are still discussing releasing our full ingredient list. I assume it may happen but I don’t know when, and I don’t get vote. But I do know that after we released the ingredients to our Terpene Diluent Thickener at least one of our competitors apparently immediately copied it and began marketing it, even down to our claims about the product.

As mentioned previously, for long standing companies we may be willing to share the ingredients after a strong NDA has been signed.

I can say our Terpene Diluent includes various types of completely and practically odorless and flavorless terpenes, including terpenes that are sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpene alcohol.

We are happy to toss in some samples. When you place your order write in the notes what you want to try and that you spoke with Jeff at Future4200. Also, DM me when you place the order so I can make sure to be on the lookout.

We try to ship the same day the payment clears. We are in MI, outside of Ann Arbor. Depending where you are in MI it shouldn’t take more than 2 days ground to reach you. But, to be sure you may want to call our Shipping Department or e-mail them: shipping@buyterpenesonline.com

I used some floraplex Diluent from a free sample (thank you to Jeremy @ Floraplex). So far in preliminary testing through 20 cartridges, the flavor is very light, I consider it a good product.

It seems fine as a replacement for True Terpenes diluent. Not that it matters much, I can taste both slightly, it is faint at 12-15% (small test batch for taste ) leans a bit towards the triethyl citrate that I got off of amazon (which was disgusting pure!). I have to get some more customer reviews before I buy a bottle, but the few people I’ve given it too are happy so far.

That’s great news…about the ingredients list! I hope I made it clear that it just really matters to some, with due respect to liquidizer companies. I understand you’re IP interests. That is surprising that a competitor can reverse engineer your thinkener product so quickly.

But concerning the industry, isn’t the cat out of the bag on the liquidizer, among developers? There must be ten brands of this kind of liquidizer (no PG, VG…) actively selling. I think we’ve entered the era when product differentiation is the most important thing.

Anyway, obviously, I’m very interested in your upcoming ingredients list. Thank you!

Hi tonosity!

I can’t speak for other companies selling diluents/liquidizers, but I do believe our R&D team created a totally different type of product. Unlike any other diluent on the market. Many of our competitors’ diluents may have the same ingredients, or may be comprised of just one ingredient, and even may come from the same supplier, but not ours. We formulated our Terpene Diluent completely in-house and we are the sole company with this formulation.

Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks for that! It does seem as though other vendors may not know the actual ingredients. One or two manufacturers is a concept that’s been a pet conspiracy theory for a while.

There’s some relevant information: According to Lab Effects, the floodgates have opened for product innovation in the cannabis industry and beyond. Browse their extensive collection of pure terpenes (both cannabis-derived and botanical). The site is the company name, without the space, if you’re interested.

Here’s an example of such a terpene company that’s servicing vendors. And they have yet another liquidizer product (for wholesale) called ā€œThe Cut.ā€ Exact same verbiage in the extensive product description as all the others…

Can you reply and tell me when I can come do a tour?

Is the sample still available, I would really like to try out the thickener.
