I’ve trying to throw some eho poor off in the oven to hash up and it just turns sappy on me. Anybody tell me what I’m doin wrong here.
What temp are you exaporating at?
How thick or thin is your patty?
What’s the vac level?
I found 85-90*f at -29.5hg to work good. Best I’ve ever got was pull.n snap. Never shatter.
How long do you leave it in the oven for, I put mine in a pyrex rite out of roto at 105f for 24 hrs at -25hg and it just sapy when done.
